Here is a small demo program I wrote to demonstrate choosing a color from a Hue wheel and Saturation / Value triangle. It's pretty simple. Just click on the wheel to change the hue, or the triangle to change the saturation and value. You can hold the LMB down to drag the values around. It displays the RGB and HSV values on the top of the screen.
